Pioneer Research is a clinical trial site in Miami serving all of South Florida, run as a hybrid. Patients join studies close to home, in their language, at no cost. Sponsors get a freestanding research facility plus studies run inside the offices of the physicians who already care for those patients — one accountable team, with a pipeline active before the study opens.

Studies open across South Florida right now
We run Phase II–IV studies at our Miami facility and inside our investigators’ own practices. Study-related care and study medication are provided at no cost, and you do not need insurance to take part.
Most sites pick a side. This one doesn’t.
Dedicated sites have the infrastructure but struggle to recruit. Community-based models recruit well but execute inconsistently. Pioneer Research was built to do both — and the difference shows up in retention, not just initial enrollment numbers.
